Since 2021, Victoria Glion has regularly organized unique oenological evenings, welcoming internationally renowned sommeliers and passionate winemakers. From the very first edition, we had the honor of hosting Paolo Basso, Best Sommelier in the World, the prestigious Château Pichon Baron, and the Gregor Kuonen estate. The season concluded with a “Grand Cru” Wine & Dine, an unforgettable experience where some of the world’s greatest wines were elevated by a perfectly harmonized gourmet menu.
Each edition has been a great success, with most selling out. Over the editions, a true community has formed around these evenings, blending oenological discoveries, learning, conviviality, and culinary delights. More than just a tasting, each Wine & Dine is a privileged encounter between enthusiasts and the curious, in the heart of the Vaud Riviera.

Immerse yourself in the heart of Burgundy with the elegant and silky wines of Gevrey-Chambertin. Domaine Geantet-Pansiot, inheriting family expertise since 1954, offers Pinot Noirs of remarkable authenticity and depth. The Geantet-Pansiot family will be present to share their finest vintages with you.

Discover six great Piedmontese and Tuscan labels during a blind tasting, guided by Paolo Basso, Best Sommelier in the World. Beyond the wines, he will answer your questions and introduce you to the art of tasting.

A visionary oenologist, Caroline Frey embodies a new generation of committed winemakers. Previously at the helm of prestigious estates such as Château La Lagune and Paul Jaboulet Aîné, she advocates for biodynamic and respectful viticulture. During this exceptional evening, you will also have the privilege of discovering the wines from Domaine Caroline Frey, a unique expression of Burgundy and a symbol of the alliance between terroir and excellence. Caroline Frey will be present to share her vision and her wines with you.

For this exceptional evening, Paolo Basso has selected his favorite Barolos from great vintages. A gourmet menu featuring Alba white truffle will enhance these legendary wines.
